Sell Like A Woman programs are customised to address the needs and particularities of your teams and are culturally neutral. Programs are delivered in any combination of classroom workshops, remote sessions, and online modules.

1. Sell Like A Woman program

This program has been designed for women who are new to sales or haven’t had sales training -in a while or ever-. It comprises:

  1. Mastering the Sales Essentials system (planning, prospecting, solution-value based selling): ethical human-centred selling, its practices, and principles, is an essential set of business and life skills that give women agency. Sales Essentials helps ignite and turbo charge your sales and career.
  2. Navigate Your Way Forward examines and addresses the barriers, biases, and opportunities for women in sales and business. It is designed to help women develop the skills, tools, and strategies necessary to navigate a sales and business career successfully and safely. See topics in item II.

This program can be delivered in any combination of in-person workshops, remote sessions, and online curriculum.

2. Navigate your way forward

This standalone program is designed for women who know how to sell and master the sales essentials.

Navigate Your Way Forward examines and addresses the opportunities, barriers, biases, and for women in sales and business. It is designed to help women develop the skills, tools, and strategies necessary to navigate a sales and business career successfully and safely. Specific topics include:

  1. The Power of Women in Sales – the business case
  2. Changing of the sales guard – a better era of selling
  3. Navigating and debunking barriers and biases
  4. Channelling your sales ambition and getting traction
  5. Having a seat at the table

This program can be delivered in any combination of in-person workshops, remote sessions, and keynotes.

3. Create flourishing teams and cultures

This program is designed to help business and sales leaders develop environments that attract more women to their teams and create sales cultures that embrace diversity and empower women in sales and sales leadership. There’s no better time to recognise and benefit from the contributions of women in sales. Channelling more women into sales roles at every level–and celebrating the value they bring to the table–simply makes good business sense. Specific topics include:

  1. The Power of Women in Sales Leadership
  2. Creating flourishing teams and winning cultures

Public Programs

Sales Essentials Online courses can be accessed and completed any time, on your own time.  All other programs are run in-house sponsored by your organisation. Workshops and programs can be delivered in any combination of 1- to 2+-day classroom workshops and remote webshop sessions.

All our Sell Like A Woman and Sales Essentials programs are certified so you can showcase your knowledge and capabilities to the world via digital credentials.

Program Design

Barrett customises individual workshops and conferences, through to 12+ month blended learning programmes. The main aim is to ensure that all tools and materials are calibrated to your team’s learning needs and your organisation.

Program formats are designed using 70:20:10 learning methodology and can be delivered in any combination of 1, 2 or 3+ day classroom workshop formats, remote webshop sessions, and online curriculum delivered over time to embed best practice.
